1. 배송 정책

천재지변, 물류사 사정 등 당사가 통제할 수 없는 사유로 배송이 지연될 경우, 확인 즉시 이메일 또는 안내드린 연락처로 고객님께 개별 공지드립니다.
2. 주문 취소 정책
- 상품이 출고(배송)되기 전에는 언제든지 주문 취소가 가능하며, 결제 금액은 전액 환불됩니다.
- 상품이 이미 출고된 이후에는 아래 "3. 환불 및 교환 정책"에 따라 처리됩니다.
3. 환불 및 교환 정책
아래 조건을 모두 충족하는 경우, 상품 수령일로부터 7일 이내에 교환 또는 환불을 신청할 수 있습니다.
- 상품 및 포장이 미개봉·미사용 상태인 경우, 또는
- 배송 중 파손, 오배송 등 당사 또는 배송사의 책임으로 하자가 발생한 경우
단순 변심(색상/향 선택 오류, 필요 없어짐 등)에 의한 반품은 개봉·사용 후에는 지원되지 않습니다. 다만 미개봉 상태라면 위 7일 이내 환불이 가능합니다.
환불 신청은 아래 문의처(이메일 또는 Instagram DM)로 주문번호와 사유, 사진(하자 상품의 경우)을 보내주시면 확인 후 안내드립니다. 환불은 결제에 사용된 수단으로 진행되며, 결제대행사(Omise) 및 카드사 정책에 따라 영업일 기준 7~14일 정도 소요될 수 있습니다.

If delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control (e.g. force majeure or courier issues), we will notify you individually by email or your provided contact as soon as we are aware.
2. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge, with a full refund, at any time before the order has shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, cancellation requests are handled under the Refund & Exchange Policy below.
3. Refund & Exchange Policy
You may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if either of the following applies:
- The product and packaging are unopened and unused, or
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or was delivered in error due to our fault or the courier's
Change-of-mind returns (e.g. wrong color/scent selection, no longer needed) are not accepted once a product has been opened or used. Unopened change-of-mind returns are accepted within the 7-day window above.
To request a refund, contact us by email or Instagram DM with your order number, reason for the request, and photos (for damaged/defective items). Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method; depending on our payment provider (Omise) and your card issuer, this may take approximately 7–14 business days.
